So last week Big Charlie came home handed me a bag and said "Can you duplicate this?". I opened the bag and tasted the treat. He told me that his brother David goes to Luscious Lorraine's cafe inside Harvest Health Food Market in Palm Desert and gets the "Molly Bar". Well to me it tasted like a Oatmeal Raspberry Bar, so we looked up a few recipes and started with this one. -Mindy
I don't care for raspberries or jelly but I made these for Dad and will try them. Who knows, I might like them after all. I thought that it was the easiest thing that I've ever baked. Little Charlie loves raspberries so I had to make them GF. (GF means gluten free) The only thing I probably won't like is that the jam was full of seeds. I wore my chefs hat while making these bars. It was fun making these and will probably appear in my future bake sales.

Verdict: 1. Too much jam. 2. Instead of 2/3 base to 1/3 topping ratio, use 1/2 on top and bottom.
