Miss Molly's Bakery

Miss Molly's is about My Daughter Molly and her adventure to becoming a Pastry Chef.

We are a mother/daughter duo who enjoy baking and the world of pastry arts.  I am currently studying Clinical Nutrition and Molly is in High School (& can't wait for culinary college). We are on a mission to visit bakeries, test recipes and discover new flavors. AND NOW: Build a Tiny House as a High School Student Project!

This started the summer of 2012, the year she turned 12.  Right after school ended, as summer was blazing up she came up with the idea that she wanted to be a pastry chef.  This prospective future was so overwhelming that she could not sleep some nights, because she was too excited!  I then proceeded to send away for information from prestigious culinary schools in California (which are conveniently located within hours of home).  We'll see if this clever idea pans out but this will be her journey!
