Floor Plan!

I want to share with you the floor plan that I have PAINSTAKINGLY designed and Redesigned for weeks.  The dimensions will be approximately 8.5' wide x 20' long and less than 13.5'  high, which makes it street legal. The plan is to have a U-shaped kitchen in the front near the tongue of the trailer, with a queen-sized Master's loft above it. In the rear of the house will be a small bathroom running the full width with a twin-sized guest loft above it. In the middle will be the multi-function living space with an open air up to the roof. I'd like to add as many windows as possible to create an open feeling to bring in natural light and the beautiful outdoors. This is a design technique used by Tiny Homers to make their space not feel like an enclosed box. Painting the interior all white also adds to the open effect.

Ideally, I would like to have dark wood flooring with matching stain on the ladders and wood counter tops over white cabinetry.  Of course I will build/add custom book shelves and clothing storage wherever possible.  I have debated using a substantial ladder vs. building a cubby stair system and have decided on using a ship's ladder to save on floor space.

I am always looking for local company referrals from all of you for the materials needed.
Do you know a Window company?
Do you know a Cabinet company?
Do you know a Lumber supplier?

Basically any and all types of construction suppliers whom might be willing to donate materials and Installers whom will volunteer time to teach me how to accomplish each task.

Please leave your referrals in the comment section or email me!
